Bunker Gear for YOUR Brain

What is it all about... Well think about this... No two firefighters are the same. When you expose them to chemicals from fires, and they go to different ones, well NO PERSON in the world will tell you what disease they might develop. Why you might ask? Because NO ONE has a crystal ball. How is it that some people are more resillient than others? Not sure. But one thing is certain. You need to build your own bunker gear for YOUR brain. This guy Carl has it. Well the Post Traumatic Stress Injury, he has that AND he has some intersting things to ponder about what makes you tick, and ticks you off. Subscribe, and see. What's the harm? it might just help stimulate your juices and help to make you more aware of that is making you TICK! Share ideas. That's what it's all about. What works for one, might not work for another, but if you share ideas eventually it resonates with one person, and that might save someone's life that is battling the daemons of Post Traumatic Stress. The take away, get help when and before you need it. You and your family will thank this guy.

Great information

I hid everything behind a door and concentrated on work. Now that I retired i spend too much time in my own head. These podcasts bring me back into a manageable state. Thanks
