Misleading Podcast Title and Category

This is not a 'science' podcast. It is a series of non-scientific podcasts that attempt to inject "Intelligent Design" back into the realm of science. The category of 'Natural Sciences' is incorrect for this series. It belongs in a 'Religious' category.

Excellent Analysis on Science News from a Christian Worldview

These podcasts are an excellent resource for people who want to see the science headlines from a Christian worldview rather than a 'Naturalist' worldview (which is often the case in the popular media). They look at science news headlines in regard to what they accurately portray, what they overstate, and how they compare to the peer-reviewed articles from which they are typically derived. They also highlight things which should have made the headlines, but did not. Yes, they do show how the discoveries relate to a Christian worldview (but many scientists have little problem doing the same in the naturalist bent). They are not 'fundamentalist' or 'young earth', but rather represent, IMO, a reasonable 'progressive creationist' viewpoint. They do believe in evolution, depending on how far you want to take that term, but ground it in the data, rather than in 'naturalist philosophy' as much of science news tends to do today. @ canuknotusa - Have you actually listened to any? Science dictates a method for collecting and analyzing data, not what philosophical conclusion you draw from it. Nearly everything they do is backed by peer-reviewed data and articles. You may disagree with the analysis and conclusions, but it is science.

Look Forward To Every Podcast

I listen to the following science podcasts also found on iTunes, Astronomy Cast, Current Science and Technology, Diffusion Science Radio, The Naked Scientists, Naked Astronomy, National Geographic Daily News, Nature Podcast, NPR On Science Podcast, NPR Science Friday, Quirks and Quarks (a true gem, energetic and fast paced), Science in Action, Science Weekly (from the Guardian UK also one of my favs. they promote atheism because of its contribution to rational thought. They get flack but are unabashed), The Silicon Valley Astronomy Lectures, The Skeptics Guide to the Universe – appreciate Bob Novella’s science segments most. I do not believe in a personal god and the Reasons To Believe scholars sound childlike when they explain God's rational for bacteria or erosion. However, I have given the Science News Flash FIVE stars because they clarify, inform, widen my understanding of snippets I hear on other podcasts. These scholars are great teachers and you do not have pass entrance exams or pay educational fees year after year to have access to the knowledge they have gleaned from years of trials and long arduous study. I feel that they value the ordinary man and woman when they share what they know. As teachers they speak well of things large and small and make me enthusiastic about learning more about things like sponges and galactic flow.
