A short 400 km drive

Over the past month I have been making frequent trips from my home in Halifax to my parents home in Cape Breton. More specifically recently, to the CB regional hospital to visit my father. Thank you sickboy podcast for making the 400 km drive seem short with your uplifting and insightful stories, comedy, vulnerability, and heartfelt messages in hard times and in good. I have listened to many of these in my time on the road, and today I pulled my car over on the highway just to stop and write this review. I just finished the episode Five Feet Apart with guest Justin Baldoni and I feel so thrilled to have come across this podcast that explores the tough conversations that we are all thinking about but don’t have the platform at times to voice. Opening yourselves up to cry, laugh, smile, and experience whatever emotions come forward while you explore these tough topics is inspiring and I’m so grateful for you! Everyone should take time out of their day to listen to this podcast because, if there was an option for more than 5 stars, these guys would earn it.

Laugh, Cry...and Vomit (Do you guys pay for car detailing?)!

This podcast is for you if you want to laugh, cry (E178 OMG...Yes you can!, and so many other episodes), and yup, vomit (E55...swallowed it...SAY IT ISN'T SO!!!).

I'm probably not your usual demographic, being 58 years old, but I absolutely love this podcast. The humour and openness with which you normalize life with all its warts is incredible. I honestly believe that listening to you guys makes me a better, more compassionate and open person.

PS Brian, if I had had your phone number I would have called you during that recent episode of The Resident. LMAO

One of the best podcasts out there

Love this podcast! First and foremost it is CANADIAN!!! I was so excited to find some Canadian content! Secondly, the guys have important and hard conversation to help inform the general public in an interesting but respectful manner.
