The 1979 Valentine’s Day murder of the highly-regarded American diplomat, Adolph “Spike” Dubs, has been one of the Cold War’s most infamous cold cases - until now. Newly unearthed documents and witness testimony reveal the true circumstances of this unsolved crime. Journalist Arthur Kent follows leads around the world, from Washington D.C. to Moscow to the scene of the crime: Kabul, Afghanistan. The answers to the questions posed by this mystery are as disturbing as the legacy of Spike Dub’s brutal killing. To this day, the aftershocks of that bloody Valentine’s Day continue to be felt around the world.

Fascinating story!

I am something of a podcast “junkie” and I am absolutely in love with Skyreporter. The story itself is fascinating, and Arthur is a tremendous storyteller who draws you with his natural curiosity and attention to detail. I can’t wait until the next episode!
