Needs work to find its own voice
I feel like this is harsh but this pod cast feels very generic and sloppy. The audio production quality is okay but could be much better. Take a note from the No Agenda prodcast their audio fidelity is the best out there.
As for content I am an Italian home cook and this prodcast doesn't have much "meat" on the bones.. Hopefully you can find some interesting content soon.
I would be able to listen to this podcast if they didn’t eat so damn loudly while talking. Mouth smacking sounds are so disgusting!

I love this podcast! I am a chef in Ontario and I feel like this podcast was made for me. I heard some things about the industry and culture locally that I needed to hear. And I love the conversations, keep up the good work! I’ll be following
