Description

I know I’m not the only creative out there who struggles with anxiety. But I’m pretty sure we can all agree that it sucks. For a long time I felt so alone in my struggles. Like no one understood what I was feeling. I found the more I spoke up about it the more I connected with others just like myself. That’s why I’ve created this space, so you can come hang out while I chat about everything from business to relationships and all the awkward and interesting inbetweens of living a creative life. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll for sure cringe at an inside look of the life of an anxious creative.

Customer Reviews

The title had me!

I was so intrigued by the title I had to listen. When I tuned in I felt like I was listening to a close friend who I shared a reality with.

I love how you talk so openly about your challenges with anxiety and talk so openly about how you manage it. Your renaming episode was so vulnerable but so valuable for working creatives (especially) to hear. Thank you.

I love how real Dawn is!

My review of The Anxious Creatives podcast

Calling out to all Highly Sensitive (HSP), Empath, Ambivert Personalities. That may or may not happen to be hairstylists. This beautiful souls conversations may well appeal to you in more ways than one. Some of the most stunning humans that have helped me in life's journey of interesting crossroads have been Hair Stylists. What a fantastic breed of human, these creative and caring artists and lovers of people and life. There's a mix of 'Conversations with Alanis Morissette' and a splash of Oprah's 'Supersoul Sundays'. I've just pretty much binged 4 or 5 episodes! Thank you Dawn, keep doing your podcasts, it's great to hear you!
