59: Collaboration - the Story of our Success - with Winnie Standish

Collaboration in entrepreneurship is awesome...if you have the right partner! Meet Winnie Standish, my best biz friend, who invited CareerFit Mom classes and clients into her studio 6 years ago. The opportunity to work with Winnie, and her business partner Nicole, at oaks 'n acorns set my business off on a completely new success trajectory. The major side benefit: friendship.

I've been in business collaborations that haven't been as fun or fruitful, and honestly, they can be risky! If you're considering a collaboration for your business, or even with a new team or colleague at work, this podcast will help set you up for success. 55 The Real Impact of Your Goals

55 The Real Impact of Your Goals

Before you make your 2020 goals, go back and reflect on 2019. It doesn't matter if you didn't hit the goals you set last year. Your impact was far greater than you will ever know. You need to be proud of your impact and to really see it. Because what you see is just scratching the surface of who you’re helping. Take time to reflect on everything that happened and consider the impact you made in the last year. When you do that, you're able to show up every day trying a little harder to be at your best. And that's when the magic truly happens. You’ll never really know the extent of your impact. But you’re making it, especially when you’re not afraid to live authentically and share from your heart.
