Raw and authentically amazing

Absolutely the best podcast ever! I’ve tried to get into a few health and wellness podcasts but could never stick it through because they were too long, too scripted, too technical, etc. Rachel’s new podcast accurately reflects her personality - she’s creative and authentic. Her materials are raw and I love that. At ten episodes in, I am going back to replay from the beginning. 👍🏼

Feel good topics

When you want to be reminded about how to ‘feel good’ about yourself and how to show yourself some gratitude, this is a great listen.
Rachel has a very positive, yet real, outlook on life. Her guests give great insight into their journeys and it’s easy to resonate with at least some of their stories.
There are several powerful messages, combined with light hearted humour and banter. A great listen, especially to start my day on my commute to work.

Need volume control

Hi. I would really like to subscribe and listen to more episodes. I downloaded one yesterday and was really eager to listen, but the volume control between the hosts voice and the guests voice were problematic. One was shouting the other was whispering. It made it very distracting especially while driving. Turn the volume up for the guest, get my ears blown off by the host. Otherwise great content. But just need some adjustments please.
