180 degree change in my way of thinking!
Since starting to follow Jill in January of this year, I have learned so much. I highly recommend her Food Freedom Body Love Method Program for everyone. I have begun to shift my way of thinking about food, my body, other women, the diet mentality and LIFE and it has been a complete 180 for me. I am trying to live FFBL so that my daughter will grow-up knowing no different. I wish that this stuff was taught in schools. I love being part of a supportive community of women who bring each other UP! Thank you Jill! Keep up the amazing work!
I’ve been following Jill for a couple of years now and her work has changed my life in so many positive ways. I love her sense of humour mixed with the seriousness of learning to love your body and food. Thank you Jill!
Jillian has a way of bringing so many aha moments to the forefront in all that she shares. I love the readings that she shares from so many interesting pieces. Her down to earth and very being real personality makes you feel like you are sitting having a cup of java sitting with her at her kitchen table. “Check yourself” and get on board. You’re gonna love her podcast. We need more people thinking like this. Thank you Jillian for just being you. I’m super proud that you are a fellow Canadian sharing what we need to hear!
