Great, practical "10 in 4 Take Aways" at the end of every episode! The podcast also addresses common questions people have about how to succeed in making changes to diet and exercise.
I participated in the 10 in 4 Challenge last fall and learned SO MANY effective ways of tweaking my lifestyle to achieve my nutrition and fitness goals. While I still have adjustments to make, I developed several healthy habits. This podcast is excellent for maintenance after the four week program.
Encouraging without being impractical. No endorsements for quick-fixes or magical cure-alls. Just down-to-Earth advice from someone who knows what they're talking about.
