Amazing and informative!!

I have followed Jeff Goldsmith's creative screenwriting magazine podcasts for a few years now. His interviews are informative inspiring and have made me a better writer. His questions are well researched and far more interesting than the normal ones you get like "what is it like to work with Cameron Diaz?" I've never seen a bad film in his screening series so I normally rush out to catch it before listening the podcast and getting all the ins and outs of the writing and filmmaking experience. If you'd like to hear in-depth interviews on filmmaking, go no further than The Q&A with Jeff Goldsmith.

A must for any screenwriter, filmmaker or even movie-lover!

I've listened to the old Creative Screenwriting Podcast, hosted by our man Jeff for several years and even went back to the first podcasts that have since fallen out of iTunes and I gotta tell you, if you like screenwriting, filmmaking, or are just a film-lover you have to stick with the Q&A podcast! Jeff just seems to zone in on the questions fans and aspiring writers have and throws them out there! Several times I've been caught out in public places and in my car nodding and going "Yes! That's what I wanted to ask" as Jeff puts the best questions to his guests. He is a pro at interviewing and often puts his subjects at ease with some good humour, thereby getting them to open up with some frank answers. The stories are great, the advice is sound, and the podcasts are always entertaining!

The best thing is that while every film is not the perfect gem, they all have value to those who love movies and are trying to learn their craft, and Jeff values each screening, no matter what the title! I've tuned in and found that while I didn't dig the movie that just screened (and still haven't seen some of the flicks that are the subjects of his screenings), boy did I love the backstory and the anecdotes he brings about in his subjects! It's all about the craft and the writing!

I am a hopeless addict and will be listening to EVERY Q&A!

Thanks Jeff!

A Screenwriter's must-listen
