Excellence

I believe that is the perfect word to describe this podcast. Patrick is a DP with plenty of experience and great taste. He asks questions and touches on topics you wish you could ask the DP mentor you never had. All while being rather funny with his somewhat dry sarcastic humour, making him much easier to listen to than the ASC podcast. If you want to be entertained while also learning a boat load of knowledge on the art of cinematography this may be the best podcast on he internet in that respect.

Good stuff! You're finding your way for sure!

Really really digging your work; very educational, informative, great people and topics to hit. More breakdowns please. And in terms of shortcomings, if you have a list of points to tackle, you could easily cut down on the rambling a little. And chop down the levels of the film trailer intro by atleast 10 db - holy hell is it ever loud. I listen to it in office and it's really annoying to have the volume suddenly go crazy

Keeps getting better

It is always great to find these long form wide ranging interviews, how people got to where they are, what their approaches to things big or small are and simply to pick up some of their philosophy on how you approach work, people and craft.
