Army Wives, Season 1HD14+Closed Captioning

Open iTunes to preview or buy TV shows.

The Army wives face all sorts of challenges in trying to fit in, stay connected with their soldier spouses, and abide by strict military traditions. As the season unfolds, these characters will form an unlikely alliance as they help one another through the unthinkable and protect each other's darkest secrets. There's Claudia Joy Holden (the strong and respected wife), Denise Sherwood (the devoted homemaker with a troubled teen), Pamela Moran (a woman struggling to keep her family from financial doom), Roxy LeBlanc (a mom who married a soldier after a four-day courtship), and Roland Brown (a psychiatrist whose traumatized wife just returned from serving in Afghanistan). They may come from different places, but these characters create unbreakable bonds. And each of them knows one thing for sure: The Army has its code. The wives have their own.

Hits every emotion!

Found this series as addictive as Desperate Housewives with a lot of realism instilled into it. The relationships, the trials and tribulations as well as the way the characters interact will always remind you of someone you know or something someone said or did. Can't wait for the next season to become available.

Beware! I couldn't stop watching this amazing series. Army Wives is a fascinating glimpse into family life on a military base in the US during active war. It touches every imaginable emotion and does so with poise and respect for army life. The characters are compelling and believable. The acting is impeccable. If you are starting now with Series 1, then you are in for a huge treat as there are 7 Seasons. I am on Series 5 now, all have been extraordinary.
