CANADA: THE STORY OF US is a 10 X 60-minute epic adventure history series, that tells the extraordinary tale of the diverse people, places and events that shaped Canada, including stories of change makers and rule breakers, dreamers and visionaries, scientists and entrepreneurs who forged a nation in a vast and harsh land. Based on the internationally successful format created by Nutopia, the series combines fact-based drama with stunning CGI animation, and features interviews with more than 80 prominent Canadians such as Eugene Levy, Georges St-Pierre, Tatiana Maslany, Clement Virgo, Lilly Singh, Candy Palmater and David Suzuki. John English, renowned Canadian historian and acclaimed author, and Gerald McMaster, Indigenous Arts Scholar, are the primary consultants on the series, with several notable Canadian scholars also providing historical expertise including Margaret MacMillan, Tim Cook and Eldon Yellowhorn among others.
