best workouts

will itunes be adding more caribbean workout seasons? these workouts are very hard to get. it would be great if there were more added. thanks

earlier caribbean seasons

i agree.
Being in fitness myself, i do miss the old caribbean workouts when David Snively was the Conceiver of this show in the beginning.
He had the right balance between cardio and toning and his explanations were said using very simple terminologies.
I know it used to be seen through Out Tv network.
It would be great if itunes could bring those earlier caribbean workouts seasons back to an audience.
(this is greatly missed in a lot of blogs)

Move changes too fast

I find this workout (Fitness on the GO 1 and 2) hard to keep up with, and I do workouts every day. I find the move transitions very hard to follow, although the overall pace is good for cardio. The soundtrack is a little trying, too. Too much chat about people sitting on couches.
