Das ist mit Abstand die Beste und vor allem wirkungsvollste App die ich nach vielen Versuchen gefunden habe. Ich bin nach 8 Monaten in denen ich jetzt mit der App trainiere immer noch begeistert. Allen zu empfehlen die Gewicht abnehmen oder ganz einfach dank guter Fitness ihre Lebensqualität verbessern wollen. Nur trainieren müssen sie noch selbst ;-)
This is the best training I have ever come accross. It is incredible, the progress I make. Great App. And so easy to follow. Nothing can go wrong. I am a Fitness Trainer myself. So I know what I'm talking about. Have never gone to a gym again, since I started to work with Mark's App. So i saved a helluva lot of money too!! And as with anything else on the road to success. Gotta stick to it!!!
