DronePan is free, open source, and makes it easy to capture panorama photos with your DJI Inspire1, Phantom 3, Phantom 4, Phantom 4 Pro, Mavic Pro, Spark and iOS Device. You can use the live FPV screen to fly to the appropriate altitude, frame your shot, and DronePan takes care of the rest. DronePan will take photos at the necessary yaw and pitch with your aircraft. The process takes less than 3 minutes to complete and you can then fly to another location to begin another panorama.

Keep your DJI drone within line of sight when using DronePan.

Update your aircraft to the latest firmware before using DronePan.

When you land your photos are ready to be stitched together with your favorite panorama stitching program. We highly recommend using PTGui or AutoPano Pro.

Für was ist das genau gut?!?

Also die App kann eigentlich nicht viel....
Sie macht selber die Bilder 20 Bilder wen sie nicht vorher abstürzt für das braucht sie ca 3 Minuten macht man es selber von Hand hat man 30 Sekunden........

Man bekommt danach 20 einzelne Bilder also die App kann nicht mal selber ein Panorama erstellen und das finde ich sehr schlecht.

Zudem arbeitet sie ungenau und zu unsicher .

Verbesserungs Potenzial vorhanden .

Scaring moment...

When I started to use DronePan everything was ok, it took off, took pictures by rotating itself and when the job was finish I was not able to move my drone anymore... scaring!!!
I tried few things (start dji app, open automatic functions...) and after 2 minutes I took the control back! How is it possible ?
I love open source philosophy but I don’t want to see my 1000$ drone crashing... I delete the app.

Great app!

Really nice app for taking panoramas and 360 photospheres.
It only takes the pictures, you have to assemble the images yourself in a separate software such as Autopano Pro
