Deletes itself regulary

Every 2 years, the game deletes itself with all your purchases, levels, everything! The support doesn't work well. You'll get responses, but they blocked sending pictures. So even if you can prove your purchases by bills, screenshots and everything, they won't believe without pictures. But how to send them, when they block it...
