Jeffcoat v. Jeffcoat

This is an action of replevin brought in the Superior Court for the County of Penobscot and referred to and heard by a referee on an agreed statement of facts. The referee found for the plaintiff, but on objections to the acceptance being duly filed by defendant, the referees report was "rejected" by the court. The case is before the Law Court on exceptions by the plaintiff to the order rejecting the report of the referee.
