THANK YOU! This show is excellent - and VERY helpful!
Finally a truly credible, open, honest show where these very important topics are being brought into the light. Disordered eating is rampant, and eating disorders are constantly on the rise. Most women struggle with terrible body image, as I do as well - no wonder with all those media influences and an impossible "ideal" are being hurdled at us daily! Finally, finally, there's Meret, saying out loud what we all fighting against: Body-shame, weight-loss-obsession, overexercising, and the harmful impact our society's diet-culture has on us. She has a beautiful voice, and I applaud her bravery for bringing the issue and her own story out into the open. She is highly entertaining, smart and gets you to re-think old ingrained beliefs! This show will move you! Thank you for doing what you do, Meret.
This show is so needed in today's world!
I can only say: LISTEN TO THIS.
Not only is the message ever more important, but Meret has a truly unique, authentic and generally awesome way of bringing this message across.
It's bliss for your ears, your soul and your body. I can't recommend this highly enough. Loving it. Thanks, Meret - awesome job!
Best show ever; and veery needed!
If you have ever suffered from feeling "less", if you find yourself obsessed with weight and appearance, if you are confused by all the pseudo-diet-advice; listen to this.
This show will educate you about the toxic messages diet-culture has fed us; and you will seriously start questioning the ongoing oppression!
A liberating show with awesome guests, awesome interviews and awesome authenticity! Thank you, Meret, this show is everything!
