Es una aplicación simple y muy práctica para meditar ha sido una ayuda en mi práctica. Muy buena en lo técnico, funciona siempre bien. Felicitaciones a los desarrolladores.



Funciona muy bien. La voz que te guía es bastante agradable y se escucha bien. Existen diferentes tiempos : 5, 20, 15, 20, 30 y 40 minutos ideal para cualquier nivel y/o estado de ánimo. ¡¡Súper recomendada para entrenar la atención es las personas con déficit atencional!!
