Mr. Taylor imparts some great information that will give you more control to immediately improve your fitness level. Fitness is not a thing that you can think about doing someday. There is no excuse not to be as fit as you really want to be. The most important thing for any fitness program is to look at yourself and ask, "What do I want to do? Do I want to lose body fat? Do I want to get in better cardiovascular shape? Or start a strength-training program? Or should I do all three?" The answer should be all three at some level.
