You will want to use this recording at a time and place in which you can relax fully, close your eyes, and do not need to be alert. You may want to use a headset, but it is not needed. Do not use this audio under any circumstance when full concentration is required such as while driving or operating machinery. If it is necessary, you can open your eyes and be fully awake and alert at any time; similar to feeling like you just woke up.
This audio is to be used for self-help by teaching relaxation and self-hypnosis techniques related to a particular area. If you are receiving psychological or medical treatment you can inform your provider that you would like to use hypnosis, before using this audio to determine if there is any contraindication to its use. Your provider may also want to be informed of how/if the recording is helping with the area of use.
