-These discomforts can easily be helped by correctly and safely stretching out the muscles involved back to a natural, or “Neutral” state.
- The knowledge that we must start at the core of our body to permanently address our muscle pain, is not widely known.
-This App contains unique animated stretches developed by S.A.M.P.
-These safe effective stretching routines give breakthrough results by addressing the tight muscles causing the pain.
-To become pain free, we must regain the lost mobility in our muscles and joints.
-Never strengthen when there is pain or loss of mobility, as this may cause more pain, degeneration and further loss of mobility.
-Instead; do the appropriate stretch routines as shown to get muscle, length and joint mobility back.
-The Pain Relief Stretches offered here are different from most stretches.
-This is a series of progressions, of uniquely designed stretches, that help regain mobility and proper posture.
-There are many other effective Stretching techniques, but I find this system very easy to do.
-These stretches can be done anywhere at any time, are safe for the spine and give quick results.
-This is a system based on Orthopedic Science, specifically targeting the problem, without causing stress to the Spine.
-Stretches that involve bending at the waist or twisting at the spine can be harmful, especially if that person has any Spinal damage.

-Stretching should be performed after any physical/athletic activity.
