Customer Service system for Boston Scientific Company use. This application allows collaborators and external users of BSC (suppliers) to make queries about payment information or general queries regardless of the location of the person. Internet connection is required. This app also allows to select between the different service ares available to send the request, also will send notifications to the user when the request status is changed.
The new SAC release includes the following functionality:
- Reorganize the application sections.
- New section of user profile that inclutes the option to update the current user password and configure notifications.
- New section for organizational news.
- Security updates to protect users integrity. The app will end the session after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
