Hello, we apologize for the complications. We would like to fix it. Please, if you still experience problem in portal, send more information to info@allianz.cz. We need your registration number/contract number, a description of the problem and the time when the problem occurred, and if you have a screenshot. We will check it and let you know. Looks promising, pitty it’s not in English too.
I respect the developer’s choice not to program the app in English alongside the Czech version. I hope they will understand my choice of giving them two stars. I would accept this 10 years ago. Not now.
Payment doesn’t work
Trying to order a travel insurance, and the app crashes on the payment step. This issue was reported 2 years ago, nor only by me but other users, and it still hasn’t been fixed. Unbelievable. Earlier they tried at least to respond to 1-star reviews, but now they don’t care at all. App devs, if you read this, I can provide more details on the issue, so it could be finally fixed.

If you have still problem with payment, please send information to info@allianz.cz, we need contract number, and ideally print screen and time, when you try to pay.
We are preparing a new version of the application with English and a new payment step as well.
