Audiobooks fail
Listening to audiobooks on Alza media is absolutely annoying because I always have to remember (I make screenshots actually) where in the chapter I have finished. It only remembers which chapter you were listening to but not the exact time where it stopped. Also doesn’t remember the playback speed I choose. Sometimes stops playing for no reason and I have to kill the app, so ofc it doesn’t remember the time it stopped at. I would love to purchase more audiobooks and listen them on one platform, but after I am finished with the two I have bought I will gladly delete the app and never go back to it (unless there is a huge update that fixes everything).

Thanks a lot for your feedback, LaBzdocha! We are really sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with the audiobooks synchronization. We would love to fix it but anytime we test it, it works perfectly, it always resumes where we left... We tried many real-life scenarios (including using external bluetooth audio, being interrupted by a phone call, etc., and we still can't catch the bug you described. If you had any clue or hint how to simulate your experience, please, let us know - either by editing your comment, or sending an e-mail with additional detail to web@alza.cz. Can’t sign in
I can't get to my content. Application force me to sign out and even with fresh installation I can not sign in. Poor development and testing.
I would like report issue to the developer but the feedback option is also broken.

Hi Tomas, sorry to hear about your troubles again! :-( I just tested fresh install of your installed version (70.0) and everything went smoothly, both sign-in and reporting a bug from the app. Please make sure you are trying to sing in into the country store in which you have your account registered (CZ vs. SK).
