Login issues recently
I’m using the app for over a year and was mostly happy with everything. The addition of face ID was a welcomed improvement, but since I enabled it the app has “unregistered” from my account already twice within last week. It makes me kind of nervous when I try to login into my account and see that the app has lost it’s link with my account...
Very poor UX with outdated UI
As mentioned in the title the service on it’s own seems fine but the app is totally un-intuitive, mainly around the whole account/portfolio/currency exchange stuff. It’s so so bad and the app hasn’t changed in a long time, do you guys even care? Trading 212 and almost all other popular trading platforms have so much better user experience and you haven’t done anything about this in forever.
Even more sad, that your feedback form in the app doesn’t work and you don’t even know about it appearently. Do you even care about this app? Doesn’t look like it to me.
Do something about it Jesus, not like you are a small poor company that can’t afford it. All my friends opted for one of your competitors because of this and I’m thinking I should do the same.
Poor accessibility and high fees
The UI is far from great on a mobile device. Also the app is half translated… but there’s no english option.. that is a fundamentally bad decision. Tests are only in Czech which makes it sometimes impossible to understand the question as many terms do not have exact translation to Czech (or they do but make no sense). Also, fees are enormous compared to other trading platforms. Please… just be mature, offer a product that english speakers can use, decrease your fees and take some lessons from others like Trading212 on UI.
