Version 68 - useless piece of crap
Alza app was getting worse until it reached the ultimate level of crapiness. After 10 image-verify prompts, countless of internal server errors messages, screens without images - I reinstalled the app. Now I can't get pass the white screen of death. Tested on 3 iPhones running the latest iOS.
Issues before that? Heaven forbid if you were trying to pick up two orders at the same time - you'd be lucky to get ONE 'pick up your order at position X' in store.
Every time I used a different iOS device, I was prompted to verify my identity via an sms. So going from an iPhone to an iPad forced me to grab my phone anyway.
Folks, stop adding useless features just because you can and focus on actually making the app functional.
Easiness...
Within Prague, Alza is the most performing retail platform for all the products they sell, at competitive prices. No other platform provides a comparable client experience in every stage of the purchase. Online Ordering is very easy (the tool is easy to use), availability of the products is exemplary, communication is optimized and delivery is fast and high quality. The shop and delivery engine at Holesovice Market is amazing and a key differentiator.
Features I haven’t seen anywhere else
I really enjoy the features regarding faster order pick up, where you can let Alza know you are coming to the shop, so they can prepare your order ahead of time.
Details such as this make this app very useful.
