Bonnie Raitt, The Bonnie Raitt Collection John Prine, John Prine Lucinda Williams, Lucinda Williams Though I've been influenced by many artist, John Prine, Lucinda Willimas, and Bonnie Raitt were some of the first albums I listened to over and over as I was developing my style. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sugar and Kerosene” Sugar and Kerosene is one of my favorite songs to sing. It was inspired by the Ken Burns documentary on the dust bowl. Human reliance is truly an inspiration and it is an honor to sing this story.
