Axxerion is an Internet environment that enables employees, partners, suppliers and customers to collaborate on business processes. You can define your own processes for handling complaints, ordering supplies, making room reservations or renewing contracts. You have 24-hour access to the latest information and you decide who may view or modify certain information. The fully integrated modules enable you to quickly implement 'request to invoice' workflows for various application domains such as facility management, ERP, purchasing or project management.

Axxerion Mobile allows you to access and update information anywhere using a smartphone or tablet PC. You can perform a variety of tasks like viewing your tasks list, find contacts, submit timesheets, process work orders or complete checklists. If you do not have access to a wireless connection you can work offline and synchronize later.

The module can be configured for each user group by setting access rights to fields and functions. You can also define your own processes for modifying or creating data by defining custom workflows. Specific functions for your organization can be implemented on request.

To many Issues with iOS 12

Since Apple released iOS12 it is absolutely annoying to work with this App. There are to many Problems which nobody at Axxerion cares about. If you try to scroll through the Lists the whole Screen with all the buttons is moving. The employees get stressed because of the extra time they need to get there tasks done with this App. I have to use this App! Before iOS 12 it was really an advantage. Since iOS 12 it really is the worst App i have ever seen!!!

Update:
Since I have to use an iPhone 12 it is even worse. The Start and Stop Buttons are under the Homebar. The „Back“ Button near the Clock sometimes is not klickable. In this case you have to pull down the screen for onehanded use to press the Button.
I really think that nobody cares about the user experience of this App. The Desktop Version gets more and more features. Perhaps it is because the users of the desktop version pay for Axxerion. The users of the App are simply the Workers who can not choose wether they use the App or not.
A Little Reminder for the Programmers:
It is absolutely not possible that I carry around my Laptop all the time!
Update the App or you will definitely loose some customers!
Still it is the far worst App I have ever seen!
