No more up to standards
This app would have been great 10years ago. Now some functions do not work. It’s slow. It’s not responsive. Fingerprint does not work and you have to type in your password every time.
Worst Update ever
The app was never great. But ok-ish.
The latest „update“ in December 2020 is a joke. The app is not an app anymore, but more or less a link to safari. All information is simply not designed for a smartphone screen. I feel really fooled.
Never seen anything that worse from all my insurance apps. And this is a low bar to jump over.
Synthesis: HORRIBLE
Unusable
Never ever had an app running so unstable; it‘s basically impossible to use the app because it‘s just creating technical error messages; even worse than the already really bad website
