Description

Compressor integrates tightly with Final Cut Pro to add power and flexibility to your video conversions. A simple interface lets you quickly customize output settings, enhance images, and package your film for sale on the iTunes Store. For even faster conversions, easily set up distributed encoding using other Mac computers.

Advanced Encoding for Final Cut Pro 
• Use Compressor to customize encoding settings for Final Cut Pro
• Save a custom setting in Compressor and the setting will automatically appear in Final Cut Pro

System Requirements: macOS 10.13.2 or later, 4GB of RAM (8GB recommended for 4K editing, 3D titles, and 360° video editing), OpenCL-capable GPU graphics card or Intel HD Graphics 3000 or later, 256MB of VRAM (1GB recommended for 4K editing, 3D titles, and 360° video editing), 1.2GB of available disk space.

mp4-Surround fehlt!

Ich habe mir das Programm gekauft, um die bei Final Cut fehlende Funktion nutzen zu können, mp4-Dateien mit einer 5.1-Surround-Audiospur zu rendern. Leider fehlt aus mir nicht verständlichen Gründen auch bei Compressor diese Funktion.
Und auch insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass das Programm die Möglichkeiten, die es eigentlich gibt nicht voll ausnutzt.
Für ein so teures Programm ist das leider ein sehr schwaches Bild…

Über eine Verbesserung würde ich mich sehr freuen!

Wo bleibt der HEVC Support?

Selbst das Spaßprogramm iMovie kann mittlerweile mit HEVC umgehen, wieso hinkt die Pro Software Final Cut und Compressor hinterher? Das ist doch peinlich Apple!

Das Geld nicht wert

iPhone4S***

Habe Compressor gekauft um H.264 Kameramaterial in ProRes für den Schnitt zu wandeln.

Pro:
+Einigermassen moderniserte Benutzeroberfläche.

Contra:
-Bedienungsanleitung stimmt nicht mit aktueller Version überein, Userinterface komplett anders.
-Achtung! Wichtiger Codec für Sony XAVC-S fehlt. Kann Dateien nicht öffen.
-Hängt an Dateinamen automatisch die Codierungseinstellungen an. Ein Relinken der hunderten umbenannten Dateien mit den Originalen zum Grading somit ein riesen Problem.
-Viel zu hoher Preis für ein halbes Programm.
