The Finnair app is a travel companion designed to give you peace of mind throughout your journeys, from preparing for the flight to landing at the destination.

CHECK-IN AND BOARDING PASS
You can check-in to your flights to most destinations and keep your boarding pass in your app. You can also save it to your Wallet.

FLIGHT INFORMATION
Get notified of boarding, delays and other important moments during your journey. Your flight details are also kept in the app, from baggage allowance to diet restrictions.

UPGRADE YOUR EXPERIENCE
We offer Business class upgrades, Economy Comfort seats and other extra services through the app, so you can customise the flight to your needs. You can pay with ApplePay, credit card, vouchers or Finnair Plus points.

BOOK FLIGHTS
Discover new destinations and deals through the Finnair app and automatically add the flights to your app.

ACCESS FINNAIR PLUS
Keep an eye on your Finnair Plus points, recent transaction and check tier benefits. By adding the flight to app while logged in, you ensure that you get all the points you're entitled to. Remember to join Finnair Plus if you're not a member yet - or use the app anonymously if you wish.

Get in touch with our customer care experts through the call centre or Facebook Messenger.

AIRPORT SERVICES
Reserve parking and check the terminal maps through the app. When you arrive to Helsinki-Vantaa airport, we'll let you know where to find your luggage.

Update- Check-in experience improved again

One is no longer redirected to a website, check in works smoothly within the app again

I have been using the app for years and always liked the easy and quick check-in possibility. The latest version suddenly provides you with a webview flow which is not as easy to navigate through and requires some strange mandatory selection, such as where the boarding pass should be sent to (in this selection the app is missing?!). If you don’t select anything you are trapped in a loop and need to go back and forth until you realise that you really need to select something there. Would be great if this can still be improved.

Eine der besten Airline Apps auf den Markt. Bin Mega zufrieden und kann für mein nutzen 4,5* geben,leider gibt es nur 4*. Natürlich gibt es 1-2-3 MANKOS,

1. Mann muss Mitglied bei Finnair Plus sein(bin ich:-)

2. es sollte doch möglich sein wenn man ein gebuchtes Finnair Ticket hat, mit nicht OW Mitglieder den Online Check-In zu gestatten über die App, das liegt aber wohl an den verschieden Schnittstellen der nicht OW Airlines.

3. Wäre es auch für Gäste toll die nicht Finnair Plus Member sind die App im vollen Umfang zu nutzen, natürlich kann man sagen diese kriegen eine Mail und können das Ticket in der Apple Wallet App speichern,stimmt auch, aber als Ansporn wäre das doch was.

Bei mir überliegt ganz klar die positiven Aspekte, diese jetzt aufzuzählen wäre zu lange, wie so oft im Leben fallen einem die negativen eher ins Auge.

Darum liebe App Entwickler macht weiter so Hammer App, aber nimmt euch die kleinen negativen Anmerkungen an und Arbeit für ein zukünftiges Updates daran.

Buchungen trotz grünem Haken nicht getätigt! Verlust von 300€! Das geht garnicht!!! Vergesst Finnair!!!
