iRemoteDesktop Free is a Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) client for iPhone/iPod Touch. Using it you can access your Windows PC from anywhere at anytime.
Note: Not all Windows support remote desktop. Check below for supported platforms or download the tool from http://www.hanamobiles.com/tools/HanaEasyConfig.exe.
Compared with this free version, the Pro version has more features:

Note:
- Make sure Remote Desktop is enabled on your computer
- IMPORTANT: For Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server, choose "Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)"
- Modify firewall settings to allow Remote Desktop. You should try to connect from another Windows computer to make sure the Remote Desktop is enabled.

RDP ohne zusätzlichen Server
Mit diesem Programm ist es tatsächlich möglich, eine normale RDP-Verbindung zu einem Windows-Rechner herzustellen, ohne das auf dem entfernten Rechner eine weitere Serversoftware - wie bei so vielen anderen Programmen dieser Art - installiert werden muss. Die Konfiguration einer neuen Verbindung ist denkbar einfach und das Programm ist auch relativ übersichtlich. Leider ist die Darstellung des entfernten Desktops sehr träge, trotz guter Verbindung, und die Skalierungen der möglichen Auflösungen auf das Display des iPads lassen doch zu wünschen übrig. Es wird alles zu klein angezeigt, das Programm ist nicht in der Lage, dass iPad-Display bildschirmfüllend zu nutzen. Mausbewegungen sind aufgrund der oben genannten Problematik nicht präzise genug auszuführen, weshalb man mehr mit dem Zielen als mit dem Nutzen zu tun hat.

Einfach einzurichten und bisher läuft es auch stabil.
Funktioniert sehr gut
Mit IOS 9.3 funktioniert die APP nicht richtig mit einer Bluetooth Tastatur. Es wird immer eine leere Bildschirmtastatur hochgeschoben und auch die Zusatztastatur wie F-Tasten funktioniert nicht mehr gleichzeitig mit der Bluetooth Tastatur. Bitte ein Update.
Habe zuerst die Free Version ausprobiert, kann man gut mit leben, wenn man nur gelegentlich eine Verbindung aufbauen will. In der Kaufversion sind aber noch tolle Zusätze eingebaut. Es gibt eine Zusatztastatur mit allen F-Tasten, Zusatzfunktionen Past, copy usw. Und ganz toll ein Mauspad. Funktioniert mit Terminalserver Windows 2003
Jetzt wäre es auch toll, wenn auf einer angeschlossenen Bluetooth Tastatur auch die Pfeil, F-Tasten, Ctrl oder Alt Tasten funktionieren würde.
Bei der Anmeldung wird bei voreingestelltem Anmeldename mit Umlauten leider nicht richtig im Anmeldefenster angezeigt und muß neu eingegeben werde. Auch wird immer auf dem Server englisch eingestellt, das muss man immer umstellen.
