Stimme u. Musik sehr angenehm

Wählen zwischen 5 und 30 Minuten Dauer, Lautstärke von Stimme u. Musik bzw. anderem Hintergrund getrennt einstellbar, was will man mehr?

Really Relaxing

This App really helps me meditate and sleep better. What's great is that you can decide wether you want to listen to the music and the guiding voice at the same time (and adjust the volume of both) or just one of them. The only thing I wish for in the future is that there will be featured other languages, since english is not my mother language and it helps concentrating on meditation when you don't have to think about the language.

Really good

I like that I can choose the length of the meditation, that I can have the meditation just spoken, without music and that the voice is calm. The spoken text is also good - calm and reassuring.
