It really helped me come out of my shell. Honestly if you know how to use vent correctly to release your emotions it kinda gets addictive and you feel the need to let go of more and more things and it’s just beautiful. Because you won’t always be alone. People are cruelly supportive and they do want the best for you. People help on vent but the best part is that you get to let everything out.
