WhatsApp Business enables you to have a business presence on WhatsApp, communicate more efficiently with your customers, and help you grow your business.
If you have separate business and personal phone numbers, you can have both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger installed on the same phone, and register them with different numbers.
In addition to the features available in WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business includes:
• BUSINESS PROFILE: Create a profile for your business to help your customers find valuable information — like your website, location, or contact information.
• BUSINESS MESSAGING TOOLS: Be more responsive to your customers by using Away messages to indicate that you're away.
• LANDLINE/FIXED NUMBER SUPPORT: You can use WhatsApp Business with a landline (or fixed) phone number and your customers can message you on that number. During verification, select the “Call me” option to receive the code over a phone call.
• RUN BOTH WHATSAPP MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP BUSINESS: You can use both WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Messenger on the same phone, but each app must have its own unique phone number.
• WHATSAPP WEB: You can more efficiently respond to your customers right from your computer's browser.
WhatsApp Business is built on top of WhatsApp Messenger and includes all the features that you rely on, such as the ability to send multimedia, free calls*, free international messaging*, group chat, offline messages, and much more.

Hay Leute wie gehts euch ich finde die App sehr cool es wäre cool wenn man in Gruppen rollen für Admins bekommen kann das heist das der jenige Admin sagen wir nur die Beschreibung ändern kann nichts anderes oder man ihm halt etwas anderes erlaubt und zu dem wäre es cool eine Gruppen Zeit ein zu bauen das man eine Zeit setzen kann wann die Mitglieder schreiben dürfen die jenigen die schreiben das ihr geschriebenes nicht gesendet Wirt und das man noch mehr WhatsApp Funktionen bekommt im laufe der Zeit und die Beta Version unbegrenzt macht damit jeder die Chance hat Teil zu sein
Und bitte behebt das Problem das man wieder Bilder senden kann Momentan funktioniert es nicht bei mir Ich habe ein iPhone
Gute App aber momentan stürzt es ab
Seit paar Monaten kann ich die App nur noch zwei Tage nutzen und dann stürzt es ab und somit muss ich immer das Handy neu starten und dann geht das wider ohne Probleme zwei Tage lang. Vor paar Wochen hat es auch mal eine Woche geschafft aber seit neuesten passiert das immer wider eigentliche sehr schade leider die Gespräche darunter sehr stark habe jetzt auch schon das Problem das ich jeden Tag das Handy neu starten muss und habe es jetzt mit WhatsApp Business ausprobiert aber leider des gleiche Problem bei beiden WhatsApps sehr schade hoffe auf eine Lösung das dass es behoben werden kann. Ansonsten eine tolle App
Akku Laufzeit
Seit dem letzten Update wird der Akku in Laufgeschwindigkeit leer. WhatsApp hatte vorher einen Anteil von 4% nun von 50% und ich hab mein Verhalten nicht geändert
