Moments in south - east Asia

Nothing stresses and bothers me more than being hemmed in, to be subject to external stresses and not be able to look beyond the horizon. In normal work life most people are subjected to these stresses; to break free of them and find a new direction is not easy and not everyone can find a way, but we have an obligation to help each person find these paths and make them accessible.

I found my direction in travel and street photography which has taken me into far and foreign worlds and will continue to do so. Traveling with a camera, collecting new impressions and              capturing moments in a metropolis and off the beaten path has become my elixir of life.

The last years have taken me to Southeast Asian countries at different times, into emerging economies where the first appearances of modernity are coming.

I would like to share my collection of impressions to date with you by inviting you to accompany me into Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, in the first of a series of “Moments in Southeast Asia”.
