Laura align with her guests educate their audience based on real scientific evidence and debunks lots of BS myths floating around blogs and social media nowadays. Never trust anything that you hear and see you on internet unless you can trace it back to its source that is genuinely based on science :)

... it's been VERY repetitive lately, I think everybody got the non diet thing. and I am saying that as a person with an eating disorder background! please more diverse nutrition topics!
