great information with studies to back them up

she has three categories in the show: diet, exercises and motivation. I very much like when she explains about common mistakes many people (including me) keep making when doing certain exercises and how to do them right. Thank you for all the work you put in these podcasts and for all the encouragement!

Great show

This show gives you really great tips, if you want to achieve long term weight loss and keep the extra weight off. It gives a great explanation of the importance of nutrition, exercise, motivation, goal setting. I like that it is realistic, honest and very motivating. You can really learn a lot about the biggest diet mistakes, how to workout right and how to keep on your motivation.
