Episode 16: #OscarsSoWhite, So What! We Black & Sexy, Baby!

While everyone is crying over #OscarsSoWhite, we linked up with Black & Sexy TV co-founder, Numa Perrier for a good ol' healthy discussion on what it took to start Black & Sexy TV and what it takes to keep it going, why she is attracted to telling stories from our point of view, why big budgets always win, how she's growing Black & Sexy TV and her plans to do something a little DIFFERENT on Oscar night.

We also played, Ask My Friend With A Man--where I ask women in committed relationships what they've compromised for their relationship. (Spoiler alert, Numa gives NO hall passes.)

And we played Guess Their Young, where I give Numa proper names of various baby animals and she has to guess where the baby belongs. It's hilarious and informative. Bet you didn't know a baby grasshopper was a nymph. She didn't either!
