One of the most enduring stars of Latin music, Marco Antonio Muñiz (nicknamed "El Embajador del Romanticismo" for his richly romantic vocal style) has been entertaining audiences since the mid-'40s, first as a member of the celebrated trio Los Tres Ases and then making his first solo recording in 1956. A star in Mexico, Muñiz is also a major draw in Puerto Rico and much of Latin America. 50 Aniversario is a two-disc collection that commemorates a half-century of music making with 40 songs drawn from Muñiz's long association with RCA Records.
