One of the world's best albums, ever

I bought this in a secondhand store, thinking that it would be ok. But it wasnt. It was BRILLIANT. Never in my life have I heard such a great mix of classic, r'nb, soulful, rock, jazz and pop songs on ONE disc, and this is now one of my favourite albums of all time. I mean, this could be a 'greatest hits' album for any other artist, but no, not with Christinas standard, this is 'just' a regular album that you can get for 50 kr in stores. Everytime I listen to it, I just let it play to the end, because each song is such a masterpiece. I feel like this is a timeless album, and I wish this could had been as popular as Thriller. The songs sound so fresh, catchy and meaningful, just hear the hiphop guitar in can't hold us down, the stunning ballads like walk away/beautiful/the voice within/impossible/cruz, the rough rockin' fighter, dirrty and underappreciated, the sexy love songs infatuation, loving me 4 me and get mine, get yours, even the cool interludes.... This album is def. one of Christinas best, if not -the- best.
Every song is 4-5 stars, except for Make Over and Keep On Singin' My Song, which arent that good.
This is a breathtaking album, and I think that many people would love many songs on it because of it's various content. It's a classic, and a must-have.
There's room for both relaxing, crying AND kickboxing with this powerful album!

A leader in the parade of Mickey Mouse Club veterans who stormed pop at the turn of the millennium, Christina Aguilera was the sexy, brassy diva of the bunch -- the Rolling Stones to Britney Spears' Beatles, as it were. Initially, it was difficult to see Christina outside of the prism of Britney, whose 1999 success launched the new millennium's teen pop boom, but Christina's big hits of 1999 -- "Genie in a Bottle," "What a Girl Wants," "Come on Over" -- more than held their own with "...Baby One...
