Tech Connect is a suite of tools focused on the Dealer Service Technician.

PDI provides the dealer the ability to perform machine specific delivery inspections using a laptop or mobile device. Tech Connect PDI will ensure that the machine has arrived in the expected condition free of any defects introduced during the manufacturing process and possible damage(s) caused during transportation.

Support Center is the SOURCE replacement you have been waiting for. Quickly, and easily create and submit incidents to AGCO using Tech Connect Web, or Tech Connect Mobile to get the support you need to get the job done.

Knowledge Objects provides access to all of AGCOs knowledge objects with a streamlined full text search capability

A multiplatform (Web, iOS) solution for technical information, inspections, and incident management.

Year of Manufacture:
This feature allows dealer users to capture the year of manufacture for an AGCO machine which is necessary to identify machines qualified for subsidy payment. The year of manufacture should be completed automatically or manually in case of machines with missing serial number information. This improvement helps dealer users generate revenue for the parts and services provided based on the support machine needs. It also helps customers review the report and feel confident about the support provided by dealers to keep their machines up-to-date.
Bug Fixes:
The "My Case" section in the Tech Connect application on iOS is now available without the app closing automatically.
The case comments and attachments on iOS devices are now getting added without any error pop-ups.
