Description
Display Menu shows a status item in your menu bar that lets you change your display settings with a single click.
Depending on your display setup, you can set the screen resolution, toggle mirroring, and adjust the refresh rates.
You can enable additional features like Retina resolutions (on Retina Displays), AppleScript support, and resolution bookmarks as a paid upgrade.

A little change
I love this program, I don’t understand why is not is a part of macOS from the start.
But I have a little problem with it:
If a change the resolution to 2048 x 1280 and then reboot my MacBook Pro then is reset the resolution to 1680 x 1050.
I want it to be on 2048 x 1280 until I change it myself even my the MacBook is turned off or restarted.
Please help fixing this :-)

Does exactly what it promises!
Why this is not an integral part of Yosemite is beyond my comprehension.
My ext. display (Hanns G HW191D) worked perfectly with mavericks. After updating to Yosemite, OSX wouldn’t register the display and i was forced to choose between 800x600 or 1024x768. This program enables the native resolution of 1440x900@60hz.
Apple owes Thorsten Karrer money and thanks. He clearly knows their (display-related) os better than they do.
Godt program, men kan ikke starte med computeren?
Jeg tror at det er en bug der gør at det ikke kan starte sammen med computeren.
Det skulle jo være en del af OS X, men denne del er jo præcis lige blevet fjernet med den sidste nye "Mountain Lion", så mange tak til udvikleren at han har lavet dette program. Jeg håber snart alle bugs bliver rettede ;O)
