Jeg har haft meget nytte af App’en.
Da jeg rejser meget, og ofte tager off. transport til/fra by centrum og rundt omkring, er det perfekt at kan stå på en lille station, og købe en billet 5 min. før afgang.

Jeg synes selve appen er genial, men har oplevet nu med 3 billetter som jeg netop har købt at selvom der stod at jeg ville få billetterne på min telefon så kom de frem med at de skulle printes på en station. De første to som var en retur billet til london gik jeg i Eastbourne ticket center for at få udprintet. De sagde billetten ikke kunne printes og bruges, så jeg måtte købe nye billetter. Sidste billet hvor et tog til London blev aflyst og jeg måtte med en bus og så videre med tog fra en anden station. Da købte jeg en ny billet til London som mobil billet kom den så op med at den også skulle printes… jeg havde ikke tid til at få printet billetten og blev alligevel lukket ind så jeg kunne nå toget og fik af vide at togpersonalet ombord på toget kunne finde billetten i deres system…det kunne togpersonalet så bare ikke!!! Så det endte med jeg sad og tudede i toget overfor den søde kontrollør der efter hun havde set jeg både havde fået e-mail og en besked i appen på at den var købt og hun lod mig blive i toget…. Så jeg synes absolut ikke den app fungere optimalt… jeg er meget opmærksom på at købe billetter med mobilbillet ikonet som så ikke altid virker…..
