worst customer “service” ever
I almost have no words to describe how disappointed I am with your customer “service”. I contacted you because I for many months have lost gems on skipping wait time on passion, happiness, strength etc. e gems to get it but never get it. Apparently it’s so smart that your log doesn’t show it, so no proof, what a way to fool your customers. I am so furious beyond words. Your cs sent me a log for two days even though it’s for many months. I apparencan not get a refund or gems. The problem arose cannot be fixed. I will find out if there is a way to report you for this. Contacting your customer “service” apparently won’t help.
