Jeg synes denne app har en del selvmodsigelser fx må man ikke spise cashewnødder eller pistacienødder og max 15 mandler og 15 hasselnødder, men man må gerne spise Miksede nødder i de mængder man har lyst til.... Det kan være der er en forklaring, men den får man ikke. Jeg synes også det kunne være rart, at kunne se hvad de forskellige tinge indeholder, fx hvad indeholder pistacienødder, så de er no-go osv, så man kan finde ud af, om det er bestemte grupper, man ikke kan tåle eller om det er alle fem.

Den eneste måde du kan se hvilke madvarer du kan indtage, er ved at se en grøn farve ud fra madvaren. Rigtig mange madvarer har en hængelås ud fra sig, hvilket betyder at du skal betale dig til at få at vide, hvorvidt du kan indtage fx sort kaffe eller blåbær. Så skal du bruge app’en, så forbered dig på at skulle betale for at få fuldt indhold.

Umiddelbart er idéen med appen rigtig god, problemet er dog hvis du stoler blindt på dens kategorisering af forskellige fødevare, da disse ikke altid er rigtig. Dermed kan du egentlig ikke brugen appen til det store, hvis du alligevel skal læse op på forskellige fødevare, for at være sikker.
