Crystal Antlers is an indie rock six-piece from Long Beach, California, led by singer and bassist Johnny Bell. Equally influenced by first-wave garage and psychedelic rockers and those who came after (from My Bloody Valentine to the Brian Jonestown Massacre), Crystal Antlers debuted with a self-released 2008 EP. It attracted enough attention that the venerable Touch and Go label reissued the EP later that year, followed by the band's full-length debut TENTACLES the following year.
